Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service in a prestige cosmetics environment.

You will oversee opening/closing shifts, coach the sales team, and manage cash procedures, while contributing to a motivating team culture and robust sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example with inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to achieve targets.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
