Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in a Columbus, OH store.

You will lead by example, coaching the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service that drives sales and meets targets. You will handle cash reconciliation and participate in opening/closing the store on a rota basis, contributing to a smooth, efficient operation.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver personalized customer service.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
