Qualifications

• Retail experience in cosmetics preferred.

• Experience with cash handling and store opening/closing is desirable.
• Previous supervisory/coaching experience is desirable.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and coaching to the sales team.
• Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliations and open/close the store as needed.
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets.
