Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will lead by example, coach the sales team, handle opening and closing, and perform start/end of day cash reconciliation, while ensuring a smooth, compliant retail operation and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver inspirational customer service.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and perform cash reconciliation.
• Coach and mentor sales team to meet sales and service targets.
• Manage cashier operations and ensure accuracy of till procedures.
