Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige sales by engaging guests and guiding their product selections across color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. You will support the Sales Manager through service excellence, guest engagement, and in-store events.

The role requires passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly to drive sales and create memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetician license required where state law dictates.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in prestige category, retail and service sales, and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests and personalizing recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed on new trends and ingredients to better assist guests.
• Maintain prompt, reliable attendance.
