Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales in the prestige category and iconic brands.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, personalizing service, recommending products, and informing guests about promotions and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support the execution of in-store events.
• Stay informed about new industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
