Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance by engaging guests and determining their needs, while following store policies and procedures. This role supports the Sales Manager through a focus on performance, guest service, and brand standards.

The position requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category and contribute to store goals.
• Engage guests to determine needs and assist in selection of prestige merchandise.
• Provide exceptional guest service and inform guests of promotions and events.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and products.
