Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator's license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to determine needs and maximize prestige category sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and product recommendations to guests.
• Routinely perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on beauty trends, products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness and replenishment of product areas.
• Maintain tester availability and hygiene standards.
