Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests, assessing their needs, and guiding selections while upholding store policies and standards.

This role supports the Sales Manager through service excellence, events, and guest experience, requiring makeup applications, product demonstrations, and a commitment to staying current on trends and brand knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and promotions.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenish prestige area and testers in hygiene-compliant conditions.
