Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law
• High school diploma is preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to prestige sales and brands.
• Greet and engage guests; personalize service and recommend products.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, replenish and showcase prestige products, and stay informed on industry trends.
