Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, assessing their needs, and guiding product selections across color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

You will support the Sales Manager, perform makeup applications and demonstrations, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining store standards and participating in ongoing brand training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.

Responsibilities

• The PBA is a champion of Ulta Beauty’s mission, vision and values, and should demonstrate them skillfully and consistently by performing the following duties and responsibilities of the position (as well as all other projects/duties as assigned):
• Maintain knowledge of prestige and iconic brand products and services to drive sales and guest experience.
• Provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to support sales goals and service excellence.
