Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Northborough, MA is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding their product selections. The role requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and strong product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

You will support the Sales Manager, demonstrate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations, and help plan in-store events while maintaining store standards and stock

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for prestige products and guest service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category through engaging guests and guiding product selection.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain store standards, including cleanliness and replenishment.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experiences and sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
