Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance while engaging guests to determine their needs and guide product selections. The role supports the Sales Manager with a focus on service, guests, and in-store events, requiring a passion for beauty and strong guest service skills.

The position emphasizes maintaining store standards, product replenishment, and delivering an exceptional guest experience through makeup applications

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion and competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service with greeting, personalized recommendations and informing guests of promotions and events.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and educate guests on product benefits.
