Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging every guest and informing guests of promotions and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards, including inventory procedures and merchandise resets.
