Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige sales by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding purchases across color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance. You will uphold store standards while delivering exceptional guest service and product knowledge.

The role supports the Sales Manager, participates in events, and requires a passion for beauty, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and guest loyalty goals in prestige products.
• Greet guests, personalize service, recommend products, and inform about promotions and events.
• Routinely perform makeovers, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering high-quality guest experiences.
