Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests, conducting makeup applications and skincare analyses, and guiding product selections. The role supports the Sales Manager in achieving service and store goals while upholding brand standards.

You will participate in in-store events, stay informed on trends, and maintain immaculate customer areas and tester stations to ensure a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education
• Cosmetology/esthetician license where required by state law
• High school diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and assisting with selection
• Provide exceptional guest service, product demonstrations, and consultations
• Support Sales Manager with performance, people, and process goals
• Maintain store standards and participate in events and grooming of merchandise
