Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink and omni-channel sales.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, recommend products, and inform about promotions and events.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.
• Participate in ongoing training and brand education to drive prestige sales performance.
