Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Oregon seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding them to the right color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance while upholding store standards.

You will support the Sales Manager with service, guest experience, and events, and you will participate in makeup applications, demonstrations, and product knowledge updates to stay current with trends.

Qualifications

• HS diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Passion for prestige beauty, guest service and selling shown consistently
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships with guests and team members

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service; greet guests, offer personalized recommendations and inform about promotions.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book and support services and in-store events for an enhanced guest experience.
• Maintain store standards: cleanliness, replenishment, signage, and tester hygiene.
