Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Lancôme (SBA – Lancôme) to maximize Lancôme sales by engaging guests, performing makeup applications, and guiding product selections. You will help maintain store standards, participate in events, and nurture relationships with guests and Lancôme partners.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Lancôme brand sales and service goals through in-store guest interactions.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive Lancôme sales.
• Maintain store standards and participate in merchandise resets and displays.
• Engage guests about promotions, events, and services.
