Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Lancôme to maximize Lancôme brand sales by engaging guests, providing personalized recommendations, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations while maintaining brand standards and participating in events that drive sales and guest loyalty. The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales and guest service abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to attend brand trainings.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Lancôme brand sales and clientele goals.
• Greet guests, assess needs, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events that deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain Lancôme area cleanliness, testers, and display standards.
• Develop strong customer relationships and maintain contact with a growing guest list.
