Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor for Lancôme to maximize brand sales by engaging guests, performing makeup applications, and guiding product selections while maintaining store standards. You will support events and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge and communicate it effectively to customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Lancôme brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to store goals.
• Greet and engage every guest, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Stay current on prestige training to drive category performance.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events for Lancôme.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and keep growing the guest list.
• Stay informed on trends, products, and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain punctual attendance.
