Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor for the Lancôme brand to maximize sales by engaging guests, performing makeovers, and guiding product selections. You will support in-store events, maintain guest relationships, and stay knowledgeable about trends and Lancôme offerings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Lancôme brand sales and clientele goals as set by Ulta Beauty.
• Greet guests, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Stay current on prestige training to drive category performance.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver guest experiences and sales.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and contact lists for Lancôme brand sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
