Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or demonstrator license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting and purchasing Lancôme products including color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and Lancôme area standards, including testers and demonstrations.
• Support in-store events and promotions to drive Lancôme brand sales.
• Build and maintain guest relationships and contact lists for Lancôme brand sales.
