Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and assist in selection of prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, personalize service, and inform guests of promotions and services.
• Demonstrate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events delivering premium guest experiences.
• Maintain store standards, replenish display areas, and stay informed on industry trends.
