Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetician license required where state law.
• 1 year of relevant retail or beauty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and build relationships.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Assist guests in selecting prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products.
• Support in-store events and services to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain store standards and replenish testers and displays regularly.
