Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests, performing makeup applications, and guiding product selections. This role supports the Sales Manager in driving performance, guest service, and store standards while maintaining an inclusive team environment.

The position requires passion for beauty, excellent guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty within the prestige category.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, recommend products and inform guests of promotions and events.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges courteously.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store services and events.
• Stay informed on beauty industry trends and product knowledge to better assist guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold store standards.
