Ulta Beauty in Winchester, VA is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to drive sales in the prestige category while delivering exceptional guest service. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to help guests select the right prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

You will also support the Sales Manager, participate in in-store events, and stay informed about trends and ingredients to better serve guests.

Formación

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed store goals in prestige sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on beauty trends and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to policies.
