Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and guiding selections. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and live product demonstrations to deliver an exceptional guest experience, while maintaining store standards and inventory.

Responsibilities include supporting the Sales Manager, planning in-store events, and staying informed on trends and product benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and assisting in selection.
• Provide exceptional guest service and greet every guest.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Assist with in-store events and makeovers.
• Adhere to all company policies and hygiene standards.
