Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to engage guests, identify needs, and guide them to prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrances while upholding store standards and policies.

You will support the Sales Manager, perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations, and help drive sales during in-store events with exceptional guest service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding goals in the prestige category and store performance.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and guiding guests to the right products.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about new and existing industry trends, products, and services.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and adherence to store standards.
