Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals in prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance).
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting and engaging guests and informing them of promotions and events.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and assist with store procedures and visual standards
