Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and guiding product choices. You will support the Sales Manager with service quality, guest experience, and in-store events while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for prestige beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work well in a team, with flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician, or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Drive prestige sales by engaging guests and understanding their needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book and support services and in-store events to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, replenish testers, and stay informed on trends and products.
