Ulta Beauty in Illinois is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and assessing their needs, then guiding them to the right prestige merchandise.

This role supports the Sales Manager, focuses on service, guest experience, and events, and requires a passion for beauty, excellent communication, and the ability to stay informed about trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to prestige sales and brand performance.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and personalizing recommendations.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed about new industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain outstanding store standards and replenish designated areas.
