Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance) by engaging guests and guiding product selections. The role supports the Sales Manager with a emphasis on service, events, and a superior guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge across prestige brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and assist in selection.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Maintain store standards, replenishment, and ensure testers meet hygiene standards.
• Support Sales Manager through focus on service, events, and customer culture
