Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category—color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance—by engaging guests to determine needs and guide selections. You’ll support the Sales Manager and contribute to in-store events, while delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining store standards.

The role requires passion for beauty, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passion and competency for prestige products, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance).
• Engage guests to determine needs and assist in selection and purchase.
• Provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Support Sales Manager and participate in events to drive sales.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
