Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty and omnichannel sales.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, recommending products, and informing about promotions and events.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges with courtesy.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
