Pressure Cleaning and Window Cleaning Technician

S&K Building Services is expanding across the nation and seeking a Pressure Cleaning & Window Cleaning Technician. As a vital team member, you'll support our clients at ground and mid-levels using aerial scissor lifts, boom lifts, and pressure/soft washing equipment. We prioritize training and internal promotions for those interested in advancement.

This role supports SBS Window Cleaning, an acquired company of S&K, located at 7545 E Lincoln Way, Apple Creek, OH 44606.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows and glass surfaces with non-abrasive tools
• Pressure and soft wash various surfaces
• Operate pressure/soft washing equipment safely
• Use aerial scissor lifts and boom lifts to access high-rise windows
• Communicate with site contacts and secure customer approval
• Transport and set up water-fed poles, then breakdown after jobs
• Clean up thoroughly after each job
• Maintain company vehicle and supplies
• Attend weekly safety meetings

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience operating aerial lifts and boom equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Reliable transportation
• Clean appearance and adherence to dress code
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to work at heights using ladders (training provided)
• Work outdoors and indoors in variable weather
• Strong time-management skills
• High ethical standards and teamwork skills
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience operating pressure/soft washing equipment
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
