Job summary

Seaway Printing in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a 2nd shift Machine Operator to set up, troubleshoot, and run assigned equipment with a strong emphasis on productivity, quality, safety and clean work practices.

You will perform quality checks, record production data accurately, troubleshoot minor issues, and pursue operational improvements while maintaining a safe, climate-controlled, modern workspace and contributing to the company’s values.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred or related bindery experience.
• 3+ months related experience/training; or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, make ready, and operate equipment.
• Perform quality checks and stack finished product.
• Record production data with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical maintenance.
• Identify operational improvements as needed.
• Runs equipment at optimal level to meet daily goals.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
