Job summary

BridgeWorks Staffing is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Press Department for the B shift. You will help operate the printing press, adjust settings according to job orders, and ensure quality materials for clients.

No experience required; full training provided. A strong foundation in basic printing technologies and good interpersonal skills are preferred, with weekends off and opportunities for growth in the printing industry.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Strong understanding of basic printing technologies preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review job orders to adjust the printing machine settings accurately.
• Install parts and supplies such as ink rollers, screens, printing plates, and stencils based on job specifications and blueprints.
• Test inks and paints on the printing surface to ensure suitability.
• Oversee the production of printed materials, ensuring quality and timeliness in the printing and racking process.
• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance tasks on the printing machine.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the printing press and peripherals.
• Troubleshooting equipment issues such as creaking noises, etc.
• Cleaning the printing press and peripherals
