Qualifications

• Must have color vision and be able to distinguish subtle shades.
• Able to read a tape measure and ruler.
• Strong math and counting accuracy.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to learn press equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication with supervisors and team.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy parts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Read and understand production orders.
• Set up and operate press equipment; assist in setup for next jobs.
• Communicate with supervisor and shift team effectively.
• Keep press area clean and organized; complete end-of-shift cleanup.
• Record information electronically as required.
