Job summary

• Organize department to meet production schedules and quality goals.
• Coordinate efforts with other teams to ensure efficient operation of the cell(s).
• Lead daily team meetings and coordinate rotation of job assignments.
• Promote teamwork, quality, and a safe work environment.
