Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee set up and safe operation of department; delegate authority and responsibility while maintaining control.
• Organize department for meeting production schedules and quality goals; coordinate the efforts of individuals and the department.
• Lead daily team meetings and coordinate rotation of job assignments; evaluate performance according to the schedule.
• Promote safety, maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure compliance with TS16949 and work instructions.
