Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a Press Team Leader for the 2nd shift (3:30PM – 2:00AM) at our Greenville facility in Fountain Inn, SC. The role involves leading production priorities, coordinating training, and ensuring safety procedures are followed to maintain smooth press operations.

As part of a Tier 1 automotive supplier, you will supervise a team, handle shift paperwork, and support troubleshooting and changeovers. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and resolve issues.
• Strong attention to detail with follow-up and organization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality record demonstrating reliability.

Responsibilities

• Help determine production priorities and balance colleagues to complete work.
• Facilitate relieving colleagues for short periods as needed.
• Coordinate and/or assist in training of non-experienced colleagues.
• Ensure plant safety procedures are known and followed.
• Support press operations in troubleshooting, changeovers and training.
• Complete paperwork for shift activities (scrap, OEE, inventory, quality).
