Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a Robotic Maintenance Tech Team Leader for the night shift at the Greenville facility in Fountain Inn, SC. This role leads the maintenance team, troubleshoots robotic, electrical, and welding issues, and ensures reliable operation of automation equipment.

You will manage a 2-2-3 schedule, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with production to minimize downtime. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within AUTOKINITON.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience troubleshooting & repairing assembly robots (FANUC preferred).
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of high/low voltage electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of HMI’s or Panel Views.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic, and welding problems.
• Repair mechanical breakdowns of equipment using PLC ladder logic.
• Use electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics for troubleshooting.
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance.
• Support production by responding to calls for mechanical, electrical, robotic and welding issues.
