Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a Press Team Leader for the 2nd shift (3:30PM – 2:00AM) at our Greenville facility in Fountain Inn, SC. The role involves leading production priorities, coordinating training, and ensuring safety procedures are followed to maintain smooth press operations.

As part of a Tier 1 automotive supplier, you will supervise a team, handle shift paperwork, and support troubleshooting and changeovers. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential.

This hourly role is a part of our press department and reports to the press supervisor.

Required experience:

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, work effectively as part of a team, and communicate directly with customers to resolve issues.

• Excellent attendance and punctuality record, demonstrating reliability and commitment.

Working conditions:

• While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, product, or equipment.
• The colleague is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms in repairing fixing, welding, or conducting inspection.
• The colleague must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.
