Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
6 months experience in corrugated, flexo, or die-cut departments preferred.
Ability to read and follow factory masters.

Responsibilities

Set up slotting, feed, and die-cut sections on machines and support operators to maintain production flow.
Monitor board quality and report defects; sort defective products to maintain efficiency.
Turn in maintenance work orders and assist in everyday equipment upkeep while following safety protocols.
Assist operators in adhering to the production schedule and suggest improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.
Cross-train on other machines and be willing to progress to a machine operator role as opportunities arise.
Complete necessary reports accurately and on time.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
