Essentra seeks a motivated Set-Up Technician to support injection molding operations. You will perform mold changes, install/remove molds and auxiliary equipment, and prepare presses for production runs.

The role requires safet y practices and precise attention to equipment and work area cleanliness. Ideal candidates have experience with plastics or injection mold set-up and a strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to read and write English and work independently or as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to remove and install molds and auxiliary equipment according to production requirements.
• Complete daily process and set-up checklists.
• Clean molds and return them to the Tool Room.
• Clear presses and workstations of parts, scrap, and materials.
• Operate powered pallet jacks and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work overtime as needed to support business and production requirements.
