Qualifications

• Previous press operation, metal fabrication, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial machinery is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movement.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery and fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press equipment according to production specifications.
• Load and position materials correctly before each production cycle.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and job instructions.
• Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Make machine adjustments as needed.
• Monitor equipment throughout production.
• Identify and report equipment or quality issues.
• Complete production paperwork as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
