Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Press Operators for a local fabrication company in Saint Joseph, MO. Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience and strong mechanical aptitude to operate press equipment and read blueprints.

You will load materials, inspect parts for quality, adjust machines as needed, and maintain a clean, safety-focused work environment while meeting production specs. Weekly pay and full-time long-term employment opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Previous press operation, metal fabrication, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial machinery is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movement.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press equipment according to production specifications.
• Load and position materials before each production cycle.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and job instructions.
• Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
