H-J Family of Companies in Missouri is seeking a Press Operator to prepare components for molding, operate a molding press on the epoxy line, and ensure top-quality parts. The role requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior production experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times a day.
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.
• Proficiency in operating small handheld tools.
• Ability to visually inspect machined parts and gauge them using various handheld gauges.
• Capability to perform manual work in a non-climate-controlled factory setting.
• Availability for overtime hours, including mandatory Saturday shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate production paperwork (work orders).
• Enter information into the computer system.
• Prepare components for the molding process.
• Inspect components prior to molding.
• Load multiple components into the mold.
• Start and monitor the molding cycle.
• Unload parts from the mold upon completion.
• Inspect, de-flash, and patch molded parts.
• Pack and label completed parts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
