Qualifications

• Prior press operation or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, and perform frequent bending, reaching and repetitive movement.
• Able to safely lift and move materials and work around industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press equipment according to production specifications.
• Load and position materials before each production cycle.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and job instructions.
• Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Make machine adjustments as needed and monitor equipment throughout production.
• Identify and report equipment or quality issues.
• Complete production paperwork as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures.

• Set up and operate press equipment according to production specifications

Experience & Education

• Previous press operation, metal fabrication, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with industrial machinery is a plus

• Comfortable working around industrial machinery and fabrication equipment
